The Maserati GranCabrio convertible paired the GranTurismo’s grand-tourer character with a retractable fabric roof. Its long bonnet, wide body, low stance and prominent grille gave it a traditional Maserati appearance, while the cabin featured leather seats, automatic climate control, a TFT display, cruise control and a rear parking camera.

The India-spec car used a naturally aspirated 4.7-litre V8 producing 440 bhp and 490 Nm, driving the rear wheels through a 6-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. A limited-slip differential and double-wishbone suspension were also standard.

Braking and safety equipment included large disc brakes, ABS, EBD, ESP, traction control and tyre-pressure monitoring.

This model was discontinued in India in 2015.
