The 2026 Tata Tiago facelift introduces a completely revamped “Persona” lineup. This new structure focuses on providing high-end safety with 6 airbags as standard.
The facelifted Tata Tiago continues to be offered with both petrol and iCNG powertrain options. Both versions are powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated Revotron petrol engine with a displacement of 1199cc and a 3-cylinder setup. In petrol guise, the engine produces 86PS at 6,000rpm and 113Nm of torque at 3,300rpm, while the iCNG version develops 75.5PS at 6,000rpm and 96.5Nm at 3,500rpm.
Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT on both variants. Dimensionally, the Tiago measures 3,813mm in length, 1,684mm in width and 1,535mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,400mm.
Suspension duties are handled by an independent lower wishbone McPherson dual-path strut setup at the front and a rear twist beam with coil springs mounted on hydraulic shock absorbers. Braking setup includes front disc and rear drum brakes.
Tyre sizes vary by variant, ranging from 13-inch steel wheels on the Smart trim to 15-inch alloys on Creative variants, while the iCNG gets 14-inch wheels across all personas. The Tiago also offers a 242-litre boot, a 35-litre petrol tank, and a 60-litre CNG tank capacity in the iCNG version.
