Hyundai has raised prices for the sub-compact SUV by up to ₹20,000.

Hyundai Venue Prices Hiked - Check Variant-Wise Details

Hyundai India has increased the prices of eight select variants of its all-new Venue subcompact SUV, ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000.

Even after the adjustment, the Venue's overall price range remains unchanged, starting at Rs 7.99 lakh and going up to Rs 15.51 lakh for the top-end variant.

The changes apply only to certain trims across the 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options.

In the 1.2-litre petrol range, the HX5 is the only trim with a price increase. However, it sees the biggest increase in the Venue lineup, rising by Rs 20,000 and now costing Rs 9.55 lakh.

The 1.0-litre turbo petrol saw increases on three DCT variants. The HX5 DCT is now priced at Rs 10.90 lakh, the HX6 DCT at Rs 12.16 lakh and the HX8 DCT at Rs 12.99 lakh. All other turbo petrol and N Line variants remain unchanged.

The 1.5-litre diesel range saw the most changes, with four variants increasing by Rs 8,000 each. The HX2 diesel is now available at Rs 9.87 lakh, the HX5 manual at Rs 10.87 lakh, the HX5 automatic at Rs 11.81 lakh and the HX7 manual at Rs 12.69 lakh.

There are no changes to the Venue N Line's prices.

Hyundai has not given any official reason for the price revision.

The Venue remains one of the top-selling subcompact SUVs in India with nearly 10 per cent market share. It is also the second-best-selling model for the company after the Creta.
