Sayan is an avid automotive enthusiast whose love for cars was ignited by Richard Hammond’s supercar show in the 2000s. Having worked at a car sales dealership in his early days, he also possesses a great understanding of how Indian Car Market operates on ground along with a sense of what consumers want. He takes his own sweet time to review cars as he likes to explore all aspects of any new vehicle he gets a chance to review. He also has a knack for Car Photography which has evolved from his hobby to wearing multiple hats at Carhp, in his own words: “I love to review cars that i can also photograph. It helps me visualise my reviews a lot better!” Unlike most, Sayan’s dream car has evolved from dreamy to being hyper realistic—from the Audi R8 V10+ to the Facelifted B6 2014 Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI MT, a car he believes is the best India has ever received.
